Welcome to our restaurant, where Texas roots meet slow-smoked perfection. Housed in a former blacksmith tin building that once served as the Weigl family's ornamental iron workshop, our location has been a proud part of Austin's history since 1978.

We specialize in barbecued meats, including our signature beef ribs, and offer house-made spicy and regular BBQ sauces brushed on after smoking for rich, layered flavor. Our dry seasoning is blended in-house and used to prepare everything from barbecue meats to chili and pinto beans. Every bite is a tribute to time, care, and good cooking.
