IWB’s Smoked Turkey

Needed:
8-12 Pound Turkey
7 oz. Bottle of Iron Works BBQ Rub
1 Yellow Onion

Directions:
Wash turkey, and clean out cavity. Rub entire Turkey with Iron Works BBQ Rub, put onion inside of Turkey Cavity. Smoke Turkey at 250 degress for four hours, or until inside of Turkey is at 180 degrees. Enjoy with Iron Works BBQ Spicy or Regular Sauce on the side.

This is a great way to enjoy Turkey over the Holidays, makes great sandwiches too!

IWB’s Smoked Prime Rib

Needed:
7 oz. Bottle of Iron Works BBQ Rub
8 lb. Prime Rib Roast

Directions:
Tenderize prime rib, once tenderized place entire bottle of BBQ Rub over the whole roasts surface. Smoke or grill roast using indirect heat for three hours or until desired at 250 degrees. 140 degrees indicates medium rare. If desired, half way thru the cooking process sprinkle crushed rosemary leaves over the roast. Enjoy!

Once roast is cooked use Iron Works Regular, or Spicy Barbecue Sauce to help enhance the flavor of your Prime Rib. Makes a perfect meal for the holidays!

IWB’s Boneless Beef Ribs

Needed:
7 oz. Bottle of Iron Works BBQ Dry Rub
Family Size Package of Boneless Beef Ribs
1/2 TSP. Garlic
1/2 TSP. Black Pepper

Directions:
Tenderize Boneless BBQ Beef Ribs, place 3-4 TBSP. of Dry Seasonings over each individual rib and rub into the meat. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. garlic, and 1/2 tsp. of pepper over each individual rib. Ribs should have a dark red color when finished. Let marinate in refrigerator for thirty minutes. Grill at 250 degrees for ten minutes or until desired, turn over each rib and grill other side of rib for ten minutes or until desired. Enjoy!

Once ribs are cooked Pour Iron Works Regular, or Spicy Barbecue sauce on your ribs to enhance the flavor.

Spicy Barbecue Chicken

Needed:
4 Lbs. Chicken Parts
2/3 Cup Iron Works BBQ Spicy Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
2 Tbs. Chopped Fresh Parsley

Directions:
Prepare grill for direct heat at 250 degrees. Sprinkle Chicken with salt and pepper. Grill until brown, five minutes per side. Mix the Spicy sauce, and Parsley. Move Chicken to indirect heat, and brush the Spicy sauce onto chicken, continue to cook for ten to fifteen minutes per side.

This spicy chicken is a excellent dish to help warm up the Holidays!

IWB’s Spicy Pork Chops

Needed:
12 oz. Bottle of Iron Works BBQ Spicy Sauce
Package of Four Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 TSP. Pepper
1/2 TSP. Garlic
1/2 TSP. Salt
Re-sealable bag

Directions:
Place pork chops in bag, mix sauce, pepper, garlic, and salt and pour onto pork chops. Shake well, and marinate in refrigerator for thirty minutes. Grill at 250 degrees for five minutes or until desired, turn pork chops and grill other side for five minutes or until desired. Pour left over sauce onto cooked meat to enhance the flavor. Enjoy!

Can be replaced with IWB’s Regular BBQ Sauce, and still makes great pork chops, without the kick!

IWB’s Hot ‘N’ Spicy Buffalo Wings

Needed:
2 12 oz. Bottle of IWB’s Spicy BBQ Sauce
2 lbs. Frozen Bag of Wings
1/2 TSP Garlic

Directions:
Open Bag of Wings and mix Spicy BBQ sauce with garlic and pour into bag. Shake well, and marinate in refrigerator for two hours. Using low heat on your grill at 150 degrees turn and re-turn wings for 10-15 minutes-they will cook quick. When finished wings should have a glazed look to them. Enjoy!

These are great for Super Bowl Parties!

IWB Chili Rubbed Steak

Needed:
1 1/2 lbs. Flank Steak
1/2 Cup Iron Works BBQ Regular Sauce
3/4 Tsp. Iron Works BBQ Chili Seasoning
1 Tbs. Chopped Fresh Parsley

Directions:
Prepare grill for direct-heat. Rub Chili seasoning over both sides of steak. Grill, turning once for about five to seven minutes per side for medium rare. Combine Barbecue sauce with Parsley, and brush over steak during the last two minutes of cooking.

This is a great way to celebrate the holiday season!

IWB Chili

Needed:
6 Tbsp. of IWB’s Chili Seasoning
3 lbs. coarse ground Chili meat
1- 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
2- 14 1/2 oz. cans water
2 medium jalapeno peppers finely diced
1 medium yellow onion, coarse cut

Directions:
Using medium heat, lightly brown chili meat. Add onions, jalapeno, tomatoes. Add IWB’s Chili, and water, simmer for one hour. Serve as is or with grated cheese, and chopped onions.
